The festivities kick off on Friday, May 26th, from 5pm to 10pm, setting the stage for a weekend of mouthwatering mole dishes, sensational live music, and lively entertainment. Keep the party going on Saturday, May 27th, from 12pm to 10pm, and Sunday, May 28th, from 12pm to 9pm, with a jam-packed schedule of events for the entire family.
Mole de Mayo is renowned for its Mole Cook-Off, where local chefs and restaurants go head-to-head in a flavorful competition to create the most delectable mole. Festival-goers are invited to sample these rich, complex sauces and vote for their favorites.
